Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Good working environment. Supporting Team. They are supporting in covid 19 to came office in alternative days. There are no work from home facility provided by office management.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is never on time. U have to learn yourself for career growth.

I am getting all feasible facilities like work from home. No payment issue. Proceeds to office as per duty roster as directed by the central government.

Dislikes

I have served 29 years in Army. In comparison to Army welfare and subordation is too less in civil job

Since it was a fellowship for a project that I had conceived and implemented I was given full freedom to execute and write the report without any hindrance or interference. It was intellectually very satisfying experience

Dislikes

Since it is a part of beaurocratic set up hence there is restricted scope of innovative ideas to be heard by the seniors who themselves are the staunch followers of protocols and organisational structure.
