I'm store manager of this company. I really enjoy of our work & management, in this company so many sku products, so we get products knowledge and drive business. One best thing in company like always growth which have employee save here of our work.

There owner is very rudely and Working process is too dull every one has harassed and not get his fully salary even every one worked with there full effort to achieve monthly target.

Fired few employees and salary deduction. Giving full salary to higher management but only 30-40 percent to other staff from last few months. Fired few employees too.

Lots of politics and favouritism when it comes to bonus , increments etc.

Firstly would make you feel as if the company has job security, but the BD Manager is the worst. So good at being partial, would compare your work with a 3 years experienced employee. Will demotivate you so badly that you'll feel s*icidal. Despite of being a fresher, they will give you high targets, will be so partial with you that his favorites will let you do all their work and then take credit of them. They literally stole all my locations just to give them to their favorites (the only target was to finalize locations and open stores). The BDM acts as if he's the owner of the company and the company lets him too. Nobody would protect you, not even HRs, as they are so scared of BDM. As his favorite employees will let you do all their work so that you can never achieve yours. They will never point a finger if any of their favorites don't achieve their goal, but as soon as you lack to achieve it only by 1 number, they will put you on PIP. It was my first company, but now I'm traumatized for life. They have no idea what they did my mental health. I curse my manager to go through H*ll, just like he did to me. And the manager name is Nitin Bansal! Worst human on Earth
