About MINISO: We are a prominent franchise of the globally recognized brand MINISO, operating 17 stores across Delhi NCR. With a robust annual revenue of 50 crores INR, we are on a trajectory of substantial growth. As we expand our presence, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our team as Territory Sales Manager.
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to manage and drive sales operations across a designated territory within the retail industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with store managers and the Miniso team to execute sales strategies, achieve revenue targets, and ensure smooth operations. This role is ideal for a professional with extensive experience in retail sales management, team leadership, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve/exceed territory sales targets.
- Identify growth opportunities and monitor market trends to adjust strategies.
2. Store Management:
- Collaborate with store managers to improve in-store performance and meet sales objectives.
- Ensure consistency in brand representation and execution of store-level sales initiatives.
3. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and train sales teams to meet targets and improve productivity.
- Conduct performance reviews and foster a collaborative team environment.
4. Business Development:
- Identify opportunities for store expansion and sales growth within the territory.
- Work closely with the Miniso team to drive brand presence and develop store partnerships.
5. Reporting & Analysis:
- Analyze sales performance and prepare detailed reports on metrics and trends.
- Present sales performance insights and strategies to senior management.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing & operations teams to align on goals.
- Provide feedback to the Miniso team to support product development and promotional efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 10+ years of sales experience in the retail industry, with 3-5 years in leadership.
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets in a large territory.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in sales analytics, forecasting, and reporting tools.
- In-depth understanding of retail industry dynamics and market trends.
