I did not like anything working with miniso as a store manager but I only like the miniso products.

I was working under franchisee owner as a miniso store manager their way of working ,standard and culture was not good as brand image is, there was no appreciations,incentives and motivations for team ,they only run the team and store managers to give them results of good profits and I believe no body wants to work for this kind of working culture where there is nothing profitable and motivational for team.

Miniso is a good MNC company it's having more than 18 countries. Operation team are very helpful for everyone, having aggressive and rough work culture
