Not much target and pressure compared to competitors but low salary and benefits.

Superiors attitude towards branch staff is bad. Branch amenities very low considering competition. Very much lag in providing any benefits or fulfilling any requests of staff.

Too much pressure for that 9000rs salary.i refer not to join in this organidation though they dont have any perfect timings. There wil be no growth for your future. The certificate they provide you wil not be beneficial.there would be no incentives or benefits in this. Moreover you couldn't improve your skills.

Salary is too low and lot of pressure apart from that you have to work for office personal usages like couriers. I have my own experience in that organisation being a senior executive but they treated me as a courier boy to pack all those and to courier them to other branches.

Good environment for work and growth. Higher authorities are supportive. Company policies are well and transparent, they give salary and bonus on time.

Dislikes

There is a communication gap between local senior staff and they don't address our issues.
