Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Though the salary was slightly below my expectations, the work culture in Mini bakeries was one of my best experience in employment. The internal sacco was so nice. People have some sense of professionalism and care about each other's welfare.

Only the products I did like because which was made in front of me... otherwise products are not up to the mark. Branding and marketing is more, effective food and it's nutrition is not as promised

Dislikes

People, and the existing HOD and other staff has lot of political minds, then the Indian and native people differences...the people from this company will force or make an environment for Indians to eat beef in somehow way...and this is reality. Illiterate staff from 20-30 years working there as HOD and when it comes to you to make changes then they will refuse and force or make environment to follow up the rules of their own so that their books will be clean, fake operations achievements monthly 😅😅 was the best part..
