There was no job security, they r not giving any notice period within one day they r pull out , salary is not giving in proper time, I left from Job before one year , still I am not getting my salary Rs 1.75 lacs as well as Form 16. I am mailing several times but HR isn't responding. I think This is the one of the worst company in the World.

The process for salary increases is not transparent or fair. Employees favored by managers or those higher-level teams receive quicker salary hikes.

... core skills and develop new skills. Supportive management and Open door policy. May not be as competitive in compensation, however, the learning opportunities and work experience gains are much higher. Every place has its roses and thorns, it depends upon the individual preference. For me, it's the work culture and attitude of management that gives me the positive vibes and has higher importance than compensation or work or anything else.

It's good to dream high, but still stick to ground realities. Just a thought. No offense.

... so no work life balance Lots of change and very frequent change in strategies Issues in getting variable pay Sales Targets are increasing every year So many sales reviews (6-8 review every month)

Actually nothing. They don’t have any leadership even team leads are not there. 1-2 years experience people are lead. They don’t even have an HR head. It’s being run by HR executives. Basically it’s a small time baniya shop but they show on linked in that they are a corporate.

Dislikes

They really don’t know what they are doing. They hiring for cloud and make u do only documents and work on small tickets. They don’t have any kind of vision. Every client is cursing them. More than 150 people have left in the last 10 months including top management. This company will close down soon.
