Dislikes

Culture is a major issue. Culture of suppression, exploitation of hardworking employees. While dedicated Employees are exploited, Free rider ride gets encouraged. Top management is selfish.too No second thought about welfare of employees and organisation. Finance and part of HR division is a roadblock in Organisation's growth.

Poor management, union took week,don't ask ur right from management,very bed trasfer policy,overall join here for not executive u don't get any advantage that written in circular due to management has power to stop ur right,ya if u join here as executive don't worry u promoted rapidly from e1to e5 within 10 years ,but don't come here mistakely as non executive forgot diwali bonus when company is profitable,late promotionfor non executive
