Good to start with but not for long run..Maximum 1year as you have to improve your skill on your own,no one will help you. Increment is negligable.

While I appreciate the opportunity to work in Mine Line, there are several aspects that I find particularly challenging. The work environment is heavily influenced by politics and biases, which impacts both the efficiency and fairness within the team. 1. Political Environment. The prevalence of office politics often overshadows merit based recognition. Decisions are always made based on personal alliance rather than objective criteria, which an be demotivating. 2. Biased Practices. There is a noticeable bas in how tasks and responsibilities are assigned. Certain individuals receive preferential treatment , which creates and uneven playing field and affects team cohesion. These issues have a significant impact on my work experience. The political nature of the environment makes it difficult to focus on delivering quality results as there is a constant need to navigate interpersonal dynamics. The biases present lead to frustration and a sense of unfairness, which diminishes overall job satisfaction.

One of the worst Organization. There is no work-life balance. This organisation is like a slaughter house. There is no career growth. There is no work satisfaction.
