Good during initial joining days.

Dislikes

If u do great work, u get more work with no additional compensation. Nominal salary hike most of which disappears into gratuity. Unresponsive HRs who do not respond until you escalate to their manager. Irresponsible Staff in handling submitted assets. Lack of proper compensation. Experience is valued over skill. Issues in the F&F settlement. HRs makeup stories of LOP when u were present & working. Not providing shift allowance. In my case it's been more than 2 months to receive F&F even after adding the CEO (who does not respond) to the email thread.

Dislikes

Politics play a great role in teams. Good salary but growth is very minimal. Had favourites who are given team moment and salary hike at the same time which was not in the policy addressed.

...worst, they will just put salt on wounds, they literally don't know hoe to talk. Compensation is not that good.

Latest technology used in project.

Dislikes

Old mindset of managers. Manager above 38 y old mostly will treat their team members like slave. They will not understand limitations of application or technology even if you explain.. rating will be based on your buttering not based on actual performance..

Insurance policy is worst they opted a vendor which is worst and evwn after too many requests they do not even want to change it. No manager is here to support. They just looks at you during appraisal time. HRs are big liars. No1 will support you at any point of time
