I would like Olam atmosphere as well as learning many things like SAP, Team handling, client calls then my manager give a opportunity for my skills improvement as well as carrier growth.

Even in pandemic situation Olam assured us job security with no cutover in Salary, Admin team and HR conduct lot of soft skills development program with certification. Overall very nice place to workon.

Slight pressure about work inorder to complete with short time.

Job security, no salary cut even in pandemic situation and Olam is the only company which gave very good hike percentage even in corona period. Taking care of employees health and providing lot of others financial benefits too. Overall Olam is the best place to work with.

...ats will come to greet you on the floor. During rainy season mosquito will come. There is a guy named Arputharaj Admin incharge he doesn't work he is there only to get salary because no other company will take him outside mindsprint. If he is sacked then I am sure company will be more attractive place to work.
