People were good. HR is good. Policy are good. Salary is good.

Dislikes

Company is going through rough phase. They almost removed 70% people they hired in 2021 and 2002. They are not getting good project. Each quarter they are firing 15-20% in India and US both. Lost almost all good business accounts. Not getting good work. Management is now clueless . Favouritism around their old employes. Basically it was quality idea labs and merger with Mindset. Nothing will happen to quality idea labs people. Too much favouritism with them.
