While the institute takes pride as being one of the premium institutes in the state of Kerala, it has not been able to rise up to the level of the other prestigious institutes out there, and one of the main reasons being there is this mafia at play within the institute, comprising of the principal, the vice principal namely, and their minions (certain staff) who secretly run the show as their whims and fancies, and play all sorts of dirty politics and harass those staff who do not bend down to their demands. They also demand that you submit your hard earned certificates (not xerox copies originals!!) At the office, and make you sign an agreement wherin you are required to give a 3 month notice period prior to your resignation, whereas inspite of the same being written on paper as regards to the institute giving notice of 3 months to a former employee, is not honoured, and this crass disregard to the staff has earned the institute a very bad reputation among all colleges in the country with regard to job satisfaction, and more importantly job security.
