Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Nothing to like fake company.

They'll provide someone's resume to attend the interview, I have wasted 3 month's of time wherein I not received my salary not only me all 38 employees haven't received there salaries, Anugnasai & Harshika both the hr's are stupid and even more they don't know how to speak in English, Apparao & Shiva both the directors are useless, whenever I asks them when the process is going to start they do fake promises from the month of February onwards we are waiting & till now the process is not started.
