There are so much politics there. Lots of partiality is going on in MindInventory. If you're CEO or some high authorities relatives then you'll get awesome package and so many benefits but if you're person with talent then there's no scope for you here. There are so many employees who don't have any technical knowledge still they are in higher authority and from there they makes so much politics. And company doesn't value your talent they only sees how many projects have you done even if their sales team unable to find project still you have to suffer. Moral of the story you shouldn't waste your career here. There's no growth if you're not in their relatives.

It's more about a team work than working separately for your own benefits. You'll get challenges as well as support from the seniors to learn something new and grow your knowledge base and work experience.

Third class company. They just play with employee career. They fire people because of politics. They don't value people. Their behavior is with me like a peon. Girls are not safe in this company. They just celebrate women day but not value women. They do mentally harresment. When i requested for the job as my parents are not well and my father has cancer they even didn't listen and start saying " nikad nhi to dhaka mari ne kadhsu" Boss spoke bad word to me. If they don't have humanity then what will you do with car. Car can be purchased but your career and respect can not be earned. If anything wrong done with girl then they pressure to resign instead of support 💯 There is no job security. They fired me by saying that third class performance so why don't you improve your hiring process. They hire people in just 15 minutes of interview so don't do that. Please Take 4 to 5 round. They have third class knowledge of employees. One of their employee who got award can't complete a task which is completed by me and they say that my performance is bad. They misbehave with me and asking me for the Apologies letter. I have video also that how they behaved with me. I hope there can be a negative star so i can give them. You can get the idea in ambition box in which how company replied very rudely. So it's your decision to choose the company.

Good work environment and culture. I learned lots of things from seniors, my iOS team and other departments are so awesome, very well experienced and skilled people.
