... time. There is very less chance of career growth, it all depend on your luck. The worst part is about salary/appraisal, here you don't know when they will reduce your salary by making some new salary policies. You may travel at any part of India, as they mainly focused on sending resources to different different companies. There is a dictator theory which is lead by CEO of the company. You will see that people having Good designation but just for name sake every decision is taken care by him only. Work environment you will get like a school. There is nothing called innovation. There is nothing called work-life balance. Suppose that as a girl you are pregnant and you are asking for maternity leave then they will simply ask you to leave the office etc etc.

They did not pay the salaries since 3 months. This made me took the decision but i have bond in this organization till 30 months. They were told me.we don't want to paying the salaries.if you ok with that u can leave. We are facing so many problemes and struggles. Please don't trust in this organization 😔😔😔. Still we are facility problems without job.

It common in organization nothing is different from other companies, but employee and management relationship is healthy and employee will treat management as a coligue only calls them by name not like Madam/Sir .

They encourage every employee to participate every event which they will organizes in company but can't get deployment everyone most of the people are still on bench and can't quit from office because Bond execution process is there if you want to quit from you need to pay how much they have mentioned in the time of bond execution that much of money you need to pay and go out from the office.

Ojas recently took me on as a remote worker at first they explained how the platform worked and i thought they did a good job of explaining as i went along rating these apps and i received commission a couple of times but then these combination apps would pop up and it would deplete all of the funds you would have to work with and would put you in a negative balance that you would have to replenish yourself and i did the first couple of times when it was like 42 dollars then 71 dollars then it was 140 dollars i dealt with that but then it was 280 then 599.5 at that point i did not have that kind of money to put on the platform so i had put 280 of my own money on the platform wen it went to 599.5 negative balance because of a combination that is randomly chosen by the system that negative balance stops you from completing the task and can not get any money off that platform until you complete the task needless to say i did not have the 599.5 to make up the negative balance therefor i could not finish the task and therefor i could not get my 280 back that was my money so i call that a scam i live in the USA and that may be why they do not give a shit about me idk but that was the only money i had at that time i needed it for food and gas i really did want this to work out as i am a 60 year old man who has done construction all my life and did not setup any retirement so was looking to supplement my income and instead of making money they just took my money the very little i had i tried to get my money back but you can not reason with a chatbot and that really pissed me off wen i realized it was a chatbot well that is my experience as far as i can tell Ojas innovative are SCAMMERS Thank you Ojas

I feel some new guys when they complete first year they where not giving respect to seniors they feel like they know everything but at end we know if kind of behaviour you maintain what will happen sometimes I feel less importance to me.
