...hey have small team so sometime you endup as a single developer for the product. Salary is good compare to many companies.

Chances of become TL or manager are less as the organisation structure won't allow you to grow as they have small project and small teams. You can be mentor for freshers . Current TL are in comfort zone and they are not looking for switch so you can't be promoted.

Work Life balance is good. Work from home is option

Way too much internal politics. Little growth. Low compensation. No feedback to employee. They'll just say that we have complaints against you and you'll never know who complained and what was the complaint.

flexible work culture. Scope for learn and new skill. good for freshers. sometime you will get bonus and that's good.

higher level managers are not good. work pressure is more. projects are not good

Best company to work in Bhubaneswar. Provides remote work with a healthy salary. As per the current market situation Mindfire still give an Ok Ok hike to their employee and job security is there also. Remote work + job security + Good salary == Happy employee
