Pros: The job security is high. Even in the pandemic there was no pay cut and job was very much secure. The training is extensive. No work on weekends at all.

Cons: Pay is way below market standard Monotonous work No flexibility of timing Micro management Flexibility is just for name sake Not an employee centric workplace Extremely rigid management

There is work life balance but you will not get enough salary to survive in city like Pune.

Appraisal and bonus are very bad it's that bad that you cannot enough share with anyone. Trust me guys people are suffering here.

This is the worst possible place to work in. Minimal salary, zero perks, micro management at its peak. Since corona no bonuses and appraisals. At the time of appraisals they fire you and that's their practice. Please do not work for people like this who has zero appreciation for their employees. Also don't expect any growth working in this company.
