Company is very good if you are fresher. You can learn new technology and management will give you time to learn. Here you can't find job security. They will hire you for one year and I will suggest you to be here for max one year because they will not hike your salary. Average salary of the employee here is 2LPA. No matter which time you come to office, you will leave after 8PM. Management are worst here. If you have any loan, don't join this company because even manager don't know when he will get the salary. Company policy sucks. If you got offer in any other company, they will play with you. Here notice period is 75 days and probation period is of one year.
