Management, very low salaries compared to work, uneducated people are working in staff at senior level without having skill and knowledge, people are rude and noisy, work environment is too bad....you can not concentrate on your work ect ect.....

Mindarika is very good company for those who are starting their corporate career. Old management (till-2018) was good and quick decision maker.

Dislikes

Office politics and some old experienced employees are not good. Salary was not good according to work they have given to you.

Working in team, everyone treats you equally despite your position in the company. Everyone has the oppurtunity to raise their voices and concern and it all been listen carefully. Organisation really considers us assets and provide us better opportunity for growth.

Salary is a little low but that is anywhere in these type of organisation.

...vironment and culture. There is a huge cefeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good , appraiser are fair and they give good, salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and tha management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiness.
