...t listen to an employee's problem and never ever provide him with a solution. The salary slab for same position and same job has huge difference one was being paid 15k less than the other one for doing the same job. Performance appraisal is just a formality you will get your grade as per your relations with your boss and super boss. You will be tricked and lured for doing a job way too low (like pulling pallets of bins or operating machine in the shift) for your profile (engineer) in the name of your duty and responsibility.

Company provides transport for each shift working , make you known for your annual target or goals, in house canteen for a reasonable food, a uniform dress culture is same in whole Minda group.

Company overburden you if you are some unknown person or if you don't have any good relationship , can't expect a good increment or promotion for same reasons. There is so much policies to restrict employee benefits, and no policy for growth for same. Plant head is keeping himself mute until or unless you decided to quit bcos of overburden. They totally make you feel that you should leave your job ASAP. HR is also listen to you all problem but they can't do anything. All over its a waste of time to invest your valuable time at Minda TG.

I am a part of team that is responsible for every type of quality issues weather this is related to customer, supplier, MQC , RQC, testing. This is quite challenging to work over here with a lot of responsibilities , but all this leads to meaningful learnings that helps us to make our future better. Our company is known for its quality over a long period of time and maintaining 0 PPM at customer end from very initial stage. I feel proud to be a part of this company.
