There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Perfermance evaluation matrix was a big no as they dont see the calibre and potential of the employee and pr5ocide them raise as per their understanding only.

Work environment is very good. All the managers and seniors are very good in nature and also supportive. And from leaning point it is a best organization. And always supports to his employees. 👍😊

Timing of office working is not good. According to seniors you should reach to company on time but for come back at your home no timing. 8.5 hour duty converts in 10 hours or 11 hours

The company has joinet venture, therefore, Silca Group aggressively implementing very good work culture but from Minda Group it disposed off.

Consultant higher for improvement but it demolished organization.
