Employees Discipline, behaviour and dedication towards work and seniors was very supportive and quality of goods

There was no team work between some employees also there was not so good facilities like dirty washroom

Its nothing to be liked about this place. Place is none other than a factory, without any work culture. No, Team work at this place. Every one just complains about the bad situation at the company but none of them acts according. Many of the Top management people are involve in corruption. The workers mainly associates are treated harshly, even the minda culture claims to treat associates as families but none of the SOPs and Minda culture is followed here. Only thing which is good at this place is Japanese employees are very good and well behaved which is totally opposite to that of Indian people at Top Management.

Dislikes

The company Place is on rent, the golden excuse given by the Top management, when ever asked about any facility then was told that we cannot invest more at this place because plant is at rented place. No fixed chair and table for employees,even no fans, no Ac. The company is soo cheap that in transport vehicle with 12-13 seats 20 people are loaded like a garbage one on the another sitting on laps of one-another. No professionalism in the company, It is just a cheap factory. Not more than that.
