Minda rules and policy is good for every employee

H.O.D is too much partially with junior employee mostly girls. They things girls can't do anything. Everything they feel very bad for down the line employee. No provide any training. They provide the training and other facility for his best and sycophancy employee.

Owner is good. He having very good thinking for employee. he support employee like a family. He having very good vison.

Top management is very bad specially Minda kyoraku Ltd. One of my collogues was working there. They made lot of pressure on her. Than see left. Than they mad pressure I will not give you releasing latter. Not good company for the girls. Lot on girls complain they hide internally.

Uni minda group excellent focus in employee but MKL management is not good and they are supporting to 10 years of experience employees

Planted used worst language and planted individual employee focus and increment. Planted uneducated person

Job security is average and based on company policy,. Work culture is good for everyone. Management is supported and pre approachable, company policy is good for all stakeholders.
