Delayed Salaries, No work life balance they can ask you to work on Sundays as well. Work pressure is immense. Work culture is Nil they don’t even have HR or a proper system to see why employee is not working to his potential.

Likes

Strong product, large corporate clients, good vision, readily adopt new technology, lots of focus on the attitude of people in hiring, supportive management, you get the ownership of your work. Management has shown resolve to take the company out of the trouble 2 years ago.

The company went into some issues in mid-2017 and end 2018 though the top management shared their approach and will to resolve the issues but it had an effect on the rating and made recruiting tough
