Great learning curve. If you are a fresher psychologist who wants to get hands on experience and doesn't care about salary then it is a must for you.

Poor salary and company structure. The entire company starting from HR, social media, blogs, group therapy etc all are done by the employees who aren't even permanent. Also they won't pay you shit. And there structures changes every week.

no proper compensation, the head mr kohli is very rude to the people working at the organisation and does not care about their efforts, not just them, he is rude to the clients that do not want to go ahead with the paid sessions and demeaning to them. he has no knowledge of how to talk to them especially if they are going through serious mental health issues. the work environ,ent is stressful and on some days I had to work till 10. for the previous employees even if they are ending on a good note, he wont give them the letter of col=mpletion but would rather block them and say that they didn't fulfil the terms of employment. I have seen that with numerous past employees.

Absence of work-life balance, the cons outweigh the pros, as the work culture and environment are toxic, you are asked to do multiple things which are not even a part of your job description.

Kind of work, learning opportunities to a particular extent.

Dislikes

Providing free sessions even after the training period (it wasn't mentioned in the contract or anywhere that employee needs to first give free sessions), management can be improved and pay of the employees according to their hard work
