It's a great place to learn. You will learn a lot if you are on the Salesforce team. Other technologies are working on legacy projects.

Dislikes

Very poor management. You are not allowed to work from home. There are no written policies about the workplace; every policy is just shared verbally and changes without prior notice. For example, if you take leave during your notice period, your notice serving days will increase accordingly. There is not enough space in the cafeteria. You have to wait for your turn and for a place to sit.

If you are a fresher, then it is a good place to learn. The managers and teammates are helpful. Consider coming here only if you are working with Salesforce Technology, as full emphasis is put solely on that. The work life balance is average and depends on project. The good thing is that you can directly interact with client. The good thing is that there is no office politics.

Dislikes

These are my own views: # The management is very poor with no written policies in place. Policies are frequently changed without prior notice or informing employees. # HR staff are also unaware of the policies and often make mistakes, such as maintaining employee record or maintaining leave balance. Additionally HR don't have any HUMAN angle and they fail to understand employee concern and display unprofessional behavior sometimes. # Work Life balance varies by project. In some projects you may need to work upto 12 hrs a day, while in others there may be no work for weeks. # The leave policy is too bad, with very few leaves granted each year. For example, leave is not allowed for significant occasions like Janmashtmi or Eid. # Employees are MICROMANAGED with tons of restrictions placed on systems. For Example, access to LinkedIn is blocked on company laptop/system. Also, certain online payment sites are inaccessible because they are blocked. Additionally, employees are also instructed by HR to change their LinkedIn status and remove certifications post gained if any and to whatever they prefers, out of concern that other employers might contact them. # Its an IT company and the max internet speed is 10mbps. You have to beg the IT team for any increase, which is max 20 mbps :(. Also NO WIFI access for employees. # Laptops are given to only a few employees, as determined by manager. 80% of the employees are working on desktop old systems :(. To use internet, you will need to connect ethernet cable to your laptop. Don't know if it is desktop or Laptop with long tail. # No Appraisal or recognition for your hard work, increment given only once a year. You will get good increment if your terms are good with manager, else it will be below average. No mid year Increment given even if you excel in your work. # NO WFH policy for new employees. Permanent WFH are granted to many employees and they are not called into the office for the fear that they might resign if told to do so. # Hygiene is poor, with dust on the systems/chairs and unpleasant odors in washroom and food courts. Lack of seating arrangement for lunch in cafe, you have to wait 15-20 mins daily to at least get a seat to have food. # NO COUPONS given on holi/diwali festival (only some not-needed gift given on diwali festival) and NO workshops and seminars organized to enhance your knowledge. # And the company don't fire you directly, they ask you to change your technology else resign. You are safe only if you are in Salesforce Technology.

There is nothing to like about this company.It’s a company where any of the directors depending upon there mood can fire an employee.After directors office boys are having full authority to make directors take any decision in there favour.office boys have more authority than HR😂

EVERYTHING.They are mentally harassing employees by not giving right increments and firing them whenever they feel like.For an example one of the directors have huge mood swing issue so if his ego gets hurt and he is having trouble processing his thoughts he would ask employee to leave.The funniest part is they ask people to leave based on performance and they don’t have a single tool to access performance of employees.
