Working with Mind IT Systems has been an exceptional experience for me in 5 plus years as of now that I have been working. What I like is: Technology Agnostic but very progressive and working on latest technologies Good Team with helpful seniors and overall attitude is to make each other win Complete end to end support is available inhouse itself AI usage has increased and helped me in keeping ahead as well Culture is very good, and this is after experiencing working with startup and enterprise companies both in my earlier jobs Innovation is highly encouraged Management is great, and if you ow the vision, goes beyond to help you overcome challenges Independent ownership is given and micro management is highly frowned upon

None. This has been one of the best companies for me in my career as a senior developer.

Some people are really helpful and help a lot but there are many who will just Google you and give you to read yourself Literally can't get how they expect this from freshers
