nothing. the office is in absolute shambles. I would never wish it upon any female to have some kind of inconvenience and resort to using the ladies' room here. all in all, it is horrible.

... the department was in dire pressure and I did not want to leave people hanging. However, the real kicker was when my salary was not credited; surprise surprise, it was put on hold due to performance issues! wow! I had asked my manager for updates regarding my salary and why it was not credited on time, something she would ignore very conveniently because she still wanted me to work for the company FOR FREE. if they had an issue with my performance, I would have appreciated transparency; instead, they chose to act with deceit, just like they do with their clients. They wanted my labour and hard work free of cost and delayed the whole salary bit for a WEEK. Career growth is a joke here. There is no room for development. If you succumb to the pressure, hooray, you will get paid I guess. To my fellow job seekers and students who genuinely wish to study abroad- please avoid these guys.

The funny egoistic leaders. The leaders especially makes a barrier between you and the founders for some sort of hidden reason, its hard to deciper the web like thinking patterns of these people so be prepared to be on your toes. There is no basic moral and values which makes it hard to work here as the only thing the founders care, is about making money. WFH and half days are a BIG joke. Sometime be prepared to work your @&& off in Sundays

Well they pay you money, I guess, that's the best part after they are done draining every ounce of life and passion from your body and rendering you a complete zombie for their pocket-stuffing purposes.

Dislikes

I certainly do not hate how they cancel wfh for entire months without prior notice, crushing your personal time and making you work 14 hour shifts. And I also definitely don't hate how they force you to work Sundays when they feel like you're coming up for air during your drowning (in work) session. Among the other great things about MiM Essay, the chronically broken lift and the spiteful team leaders are two things which really made my experience memorable to say the least. Loved working here, would never do it again.

...e. The management team is approachable and always willing to listen to feedback. The company also offers good compensation and benefits packages. I would highly recommend MiM Essay to anyone looking for a fulfilling career.

The only downside is that the workload can be heavy at times. Plus, the company's list of does not include few of the public holidays, which get's disappointing if you celebrate that festival.

...gers and senior managers who help employees grow and achieve their career goals. The salary is competitive and there are opportunities for advancement in the future. Overall , it’s an excellent place to work.
