Well they pay you money, I guess, that's the best part after they are done draining every ounce of life and passion from your body and rendering you a complete zombie for their pocket-stuffing purposes.

I certainly do not hate how they cancel wfh for entire months without prior notice, crushing your personal time and making you work 14 hour shifts. And I also definitely don't hate how they force you to work Sundays when they feel like you're coming up for air during your drowning (in work) session. Among the other great things about MiM Essay, the chronically broken lift and the spiteful team leaders are two things which really made my experience memorable to say the least. Loved working here, would never do it again.

The only downside is that the workload can be heavy at times. Plus, the company's list of does not include few of the public holidays, which get's disappointing if you celebrate that festival.

Leadership ❌ Work Culture ❌ Work Life Balance (forget about it) ❌ Salary (not on time) ❌ Working Hours - 9 hours is a joke (10-12 hours) Work Days - 6 (Saturday is supposed to be a half day but that's bogus) What about personal time, vacation and Sunday? Ans. Your colleagues won't reach you, but the founder will keep on texting you, and if you do not reply then beware of the constant question marks over and over again. Even your girlfriend won't bother you unlike him. Wanna save time? Don't join! Wanna save energy? Don't join! Wanna save mental health? Don't join! Want to start questioning yourself, your skillset, experience and knowledge? Don't join!

Since it is a start-up, you will get exposure to different work apart from what you were hired for. Say, cold calling at times. You will get access to a free coffee machine that obviously won't work without coffee beans. I wish I could leave the company culture blank without evening give a single star but sadly, it isn't possible. People in other teams like marketing and SEO are extremely chill.

The salaries won't be on time, and be prepared to juggle your tasks that aren't in your JD. Negotiation skills are essential, as is a thick skin and an ability to embrace ignorance. Forget about a 9 hour shift; workday is as flexible as a rubber band stretching into your private time with midnight messages and 2 A.M queries. After all, who needs sleep when you can have back-to-back "not so lovely" notifications? So, if you are ready to hustle, just make sure your brain can handle the daily hammering and your WhatsApp is on silent. Remember, work with with a leader who inspires you, not the one who makes you question your sanity. So, protect your self-respect, and dignity-because here you'll need all the professional armour you can get.
