It is very good company and perfect work environment. My HR Sumithra mam was a Legendry HR I could say. Perfect work life balance is here. More no.of workers are working for 20 years without taking any leaves and working happily here.. Meditation for morning few minutes gives much positive vibes here.

Dislikes

Only few peoples doesn't understand why company has some rules for which they get annoyed. For e.g we should get pollution certificate for the vehicles which is parked inside company premises. My husband is a HR in another reputed company and faces same situation where his employee's vehicle got caught by police and he is seeking HR help. I told my husband see that's why our company got rules in this. and that's why I say our HR is Legendry . I don't find Negatives in this company.
