...minal kind guy. He is going lots of nonsense in office to get impressed with Mr. Prasun Sarkar for getting more salary and promotion. He is the guy who is abusing the employees. Some more people are there in office who is showing they aren't carring for the employees but they are only the culprits. Mr. Prasun sarakar you have the problem with the employees they should not talk to ex employees of the company or they should not talk previous company name, They why you are always talking ur previous company and employee. You are demoraliseing the employees and criticising for their work. Then you are not able to drive your own company? As you are always telling Alibaba became successful because of you and you earn billian of dollers in b2b business then why you are not getting 100 b2c order perday even? Everytime you are talking about professionalism but are you professional? If you are professional then you shouldn't asked for employees parents salary and you shouldn't telling there parents are not good,they didn't gave good knowledge. All the times you tells and giving exampleabout you wife, sister in-law they are the brilliant rest all people are deffers. You are not giving proper salary. No PF, no Madical facilities, no Transportation, no food. You don't know how to treat employee you know only how to use employee. You people don't have capacity to hire good employee so you are going to the employees home to begging for work and calling relived employee to work again with you.

Prasun:Try to give respect to the employees and don't criticis them because they are talking money for work not to listen your nonsense leacture. Manash: Stop abusing the employees and try to work little bit apart from doing buttering to CEO, CTO and CFO. Alok Ranjan: Stop doing nonsense with them employee. Especially with female remamber you also have doughter.

Few of the employees are in depression due to these people 😡. This company is not good. If they want any data from any company they will get employees From that company for interview and then offer salary double then current salary once these people will get data they will through that employees in short time. This company is like a screamer.

1. CEO behaviour Mr. Prasun Sarkar, he is a type of mad guy. All the time he will sing Only one song That is '"China and alibaba'" like he is Only the person who built alibaba and alibaba became successful. He used to insulate all the employees in floor. He will give all the example of his family members like they are world best employee rest all people in the world is fool and idiots. 2. Managements(all members are there own life focused) 3. Company culture is very bad. You can not work in there environment. 4. No benefit like PF, madicals, travel, no flaxible timings ( without 4hours overtime work u can not go home, if you went Next day morning you will get nicely scolded From CEO and reporting leaders. 5. No career growth and Job security. 6. Non of the heads are professional in this company. In the time of interview they will ask ur old company data, if you have than u selected ones that data they will get you are out of form this company. 7. If you are women employee and working there be careful from few of the management person they are giving movies offers To the women employee (rest u can understand). Most important thing if you're working here your carrier is in denger. If you are career oriented then don't spoil you career in this company. Be careful From the cheater company.

What to say .. I have worked for this company 1 and half year from starting I'm working for this company I have gave my 200% for this company and they cheated my .. I know everything about this company how they are cheating their customers. They will show the branded products in images but when you received that product it will be Chinese product with name of brand it's not 1st copy its Chinese product.. they have lots of Chinese Sellers . Milmila onboarding the Chinese seller and fooling the customers. And more important this is in the name of global they are cheating the customers to sending the Chinese products. Worst culture. Management is also not good. CEO always say that he will build the carrier and without reason they are firing the employee. Don't trust they are cheaters. They don't respect to the employee and Customers. You can see the App reviews. I'm I the one who worked for increasing the reviews per review 10 rs🤣😂. If you are working for milmila and you are giving your 100% you are wasting your energy time and your career. I suggest you if you are working for milmila you are wasting your career.
