1. CEO behaviour Mr. Prasun Sarkar, he is a type of mad guy. All the time he will sing Only one song That is '"China and alibaba'" like he is Only the person who built alibaba and alibaba became successful. He used to insulate all the employees in floor. He will give all the example of his family members like they are world best employee rest all people in the world is fool and idiots. 2. Managements(all members are there own life focused) 3. Company culture is very bad. You can not work in there environment. 4. No benefit like PF, madicals, travel, no flaxible timings ( without 4hours overtime work u can not go home, if you went Next day morning you will get nicely scolded From CEO and reporting leaders. 5. No career growth and Job security. 6. Non of the heads are professional in this company. In the time of interview they will ask ur old company data, if you have than u selected ones that data they will get you are out of form this company. 7. If you are women employee and working there be careful from few of the management person they are giving movies offers To the women employee (rest u can understand). All answers for the question is no, deducted salary by 40%, Full tourcher in work, need to go office as well. No security in office for COVID 19

All the things are like to disagree in milmila. CEO prasun sarakar and so called Pet co founders are herrasing to the employees and abusing too. Forcing employee to stay in office late night and work. No security for female employees. No Transportation if anyone is working till 11pm also, No Transportation facilities for late night also No overtime if u r working 5hrs extra as well. No PF No medical/insurance No food No Job satisfaction No job security No growth Less salary then industry CEO prasun Sarkar, co founders- Siva, manash mishra, Alok Ranjan, Parah Pincha, Abhilash Das these all peoples are insulting employees and demotivating. Few of the employees are in depression due to these people 😡. This company is not good.
