I have the freedom to learn in my area of work. I am not restricted to one line of work alone. I can do welding also tend to plumping works. This helps me widen my knowledge and experience in equipment maintenance and operation.

Dislikes

The remuneration compared to the skill set I bring at table is quit opposite. Also compared with my education level. The security of job is not their especially if you are working on critical department.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
