Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? On time salary Suggest only for fresher's. Not recommend for Engineers with ,5+ year experience

Dislikes

No respect for employees. Managers will speak like construction site and treat subordinates like labourer. If you are going to join design team - No Mobile is allowed inside. HR will inform you on date of joining. Without phone, they expect you to work from 8.15 am to 5:50 pm No proper guidance from managers Zero work life balance. No care for human we'll being. They expect engineers to work beyond office time Top management is difficult to deal with and changes policy oftentimes.

CEO and some management also know this but they are spineless. hope atleast new company AGI identify this
