Only salary which is 10-20% higher than the market. That's all! Some leaders are amazing.

Dislikes

There are many! 1. No job security. The company can kick you out without thinking about your well being. 2. Politics and only politics. Everybody fights with each other and the environment is very toxic due to the flat structure. 3. The HR system is a joke and there isn't a single male person representation and the HR group is being run by the feminist's personalities. 4. No learning and promotion aspects. 5. Senior leadership isn't visionary and isn't exploring more options in the market. If you want peace and mental well-being, think 3 times before joining.

I get paid a small paycheck twice a month

Dislikes

They are ridiculous with the micro managing. If you are literally one minute late for one day in the month, you lose your bonus. Most call reviews I've ever experienced In a call center, I get about 20 per month. And they will pick them apart and then dock you for the stupidest things like not saying the participants name. And what's even worse than the company itself are the people you have to help on the phone. I have worked at Comcast and cable companies, and this is 100x worse.i get abused on the phone all day average 60 calls a day back to back from 9 - 530 all day no rest.

I like the culture. Used to like the flexibility, but now when most companies are moving towards permanent work from policy, Milliman is little hesitant and have limited it.

Dislikes

There's a huge disparity in compensation. The employee with higher designation might be working in way less salary than the employee with lower designation. Nobody knows how they measure performance. Growth is way way slower. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence seniors have to guide them step by step, which is pain sometime.
