It is an excellent place to start your career as a trader. The environment of the office is positive and the team leaders are quite supportive and understanding which makes it even better.

The pay in the start is kinda low as it is performance+ incentives based.

Everything is perfect about this company, if a fresher is looking to study simultaneously with a front desk job in core finance.

The pay for the first year is less but the appraisal percentage based on your performance exceeds other jobs.

No pros. Team leaders only ask for the money you make through trading. They assume employees are animals. Everything about this company is bad from beginning they will make you sing a bond and after that will treat you like a bounded labour. They will even shout badly at your poor working condition. No proper break, Job description doesn't match with real work. Poor work life balance, no clear hr policies, hr policies change according to their own convenience. No job security with no future growth. If you don't make profit they fire you immediately without notice. You will surely regret joining it.

... 2. Bond for 18 months will create mental pressure. 3. Unethical EPF Policies. They deduct both employees & employers contribution of EPF from employees salary. 4. Money is everything for them. They will insult you in front of everyone. 5. No hike in salary, no incentives and no yearly appresal. 6. They don't care about employees mental health. Money is top most priority. 7. No medical leaves are given, salary is dedicated for every holiday. Very bad place for working.
