some colleague is having ridicules habits, as every organization having this type of unprofessional employees, those who have habit of coming halfway in everyone else's work except their own.

I have been working here for the last 3 years and I love the working atmosphere. Management and other staff members are good. We work as a team and always encourage and motivate each other to excel in their respective departments.

Millennium Company is not company it is a Construction Firm . Its MD and his wife run the company and they are the last authority . There are many chaire keep to play with employee but ultimate dession taker is both of owner. If you want to join the company , I recomend you join in such a time when you in job less or trying to a better option for the time being or roation your salary you can join, after getting good oupurtunity kick it. Other wise they will kick you.

They have poor in dession making. if Company try to grow up in feuture then they schould become belive on emploeey. Less investing and more income is the moto of this company. Result is poor work culture, bad qulity and worst management.

Stupid Management Decision, No Job security, No proper rules and regulation, Management can remove you any time, no salary on time, Unrealistic targets. SERIOUSLY AVOID THIS COMPANY, ITS WASTE OF TIME
