They do not gave me and other staff salary of March month 2020. During COVID Pendemic they do not support their employees they don't give salary of oeven March month . The owner is selfish .. worst owner

My college’s was extremely helpful during my work tenure.

Dislikes

The management was extremely worst. They never respect you time your assistance your hard work. One thing on focusing how to make money and making my guest fool for paying deposit more then the room rent and if guest are refusing to pay if any small damages happens they used to debit to staff salaries which was already underpaid. Employee are doing overtime time which was not paid for feu months also day by day the new policy made by there own hand which is below the labour lows.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
