Ayurvedic Products are promoted to Allopathic Drs. Sr VP plays politics due to which many good employees are leaving from HO & Field.Whenever the Sr VP wants to announce any policy etc, he will change official WhatsApp group settings so that only admin can send messages and thus no field staff can respond or give feedback. Employees have no right to say anything.Meetings are waste of time..no vision for company..no productive discussion Attrition is too much

Company's products are excellent and of international quality and superior efficacy. They have excellent talent in producing herbal extracts of high value at reasonable cost. Salary / Appraisal is a joke for the company and the management itself don't know how to deal with their products and people... People with high talent and knowledge seems enemy to them. Some management people are highly prone to politics and don't want other people to overtake .

Dislikes

Very high level to very low level politics is adopted there... Everybody thinks they are good salesman with zero science delivery capacity. Don't know the subjective strategies... Don't have plans to reach to subjects.
