Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Inappropriate policy for appraisal.. The guy who works for output n achieves it n leaves the office by 6pm or comes from a far place to gurgaon by 10am gets to hear that you are irresponsble and a guy who only sits for 9 to 7 n literally does nothing.. gets a damn good appraisal.. Directors hv no common sense.. Thats why no finance team stays here for long...
