There is no Hirarchy in system from top to bottom & after putting lot of efforts no recognition from Management end & I was forced to left organization because of false allegation of non performance or undeclared bogus parameters of performance evaluation .Even after submission of resignation also waiting for last month salary & field work expense along with my experience cum reliving letter release from last more than 4 months .I will not suggest any person to join Millennium Cancer Center even it is better to be at home because after giving best efforts for 30 days a month you are not getting your salary how will you feel ?

There is no professional growth at all because only grouping is parameter of performance evaluation & Human resources is totally unprofessional ,Non co operative & not at all employee friendly because HR is not able to present any employee issue to management in the way it should be .Higher Management does not want to see factorial challenges just want to jump from one point to another with out having clarity of subject .
