Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture backgrounds is good, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee Re-hire policy here. Talk about job security, work culture good, systematic management, Very nice company policies, etc.

Terrible work culture and pressure. 12-14hrs work everyday and also on holidays with zero appreciations. No incentive, bonus. Lot of unnecessary SOP have to be followed which has zero productivity.

LinkedIn pr krne wala tha msg ...but mujhe lga or kisi ki galti or company ka naam kharab hoga fir mene nhi kiya .. thank you team milk basket
