The company has established the best milk processing system in the state. You will have a great experience seeing the processing. The company owner is a very good person.

There is no job security. You can be terminated at any time. The management is worst and they will never allow any new joiner to work openly. There is no work-life balance. No scope for learning.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
