There is job security,good salary, even in crisis employees get their salaries on time, if u work hard u will be rewarded in terms of promotion/hike in dues. Work friendly culture.I joined as Chemist & reached up to vice President during my 39 years of stay there ,till i retired.

Work culture and companies adaptability towards innovative ideas is the USP of the company which I like the most. The policy of the company to rehire it's talented and hardworking work force is beneficial for both the employer and employees. During this testing time of Pandemic COVID-19, company management kept all it's employees/workers even during this time of COVID-19 pandemic.. Management provided food to all it's employees and workers during lock down time. Senior executives with age More than 60 were instructed to work from home. Even workers or staff who so ever was struck up in cantonment zones was given full remunerations during that period.

Dislikes

Every where some people are found irritating working around you, Milkfood is not exception. Some time you are not in a position to do the thing the way you want. Job security in the private sector depends upon your worth, so you have to prove your worth always. Eight hour job culture is not in our organisation. We have to come in time but no fixed time is to leave the office. Even after working hours we are supposed to be available on phone 24x7 hrs and 365 days. Which some time irritates.
