The owner do not have his own brain. She listens to the stupid HR who knows nothing but licking her shoes. The client managers there are ultimate authority so you have to either make them wanted or they will terminate you. And if by any chance you join the company do not tell your plan of leaving them or else they will terminate you to gratify their ego.

They don't have any company policies & currently terminating to all the employees manages are they will handle all the process on their own. Also giving such a non senses reason to everyone that your are not fit for recruitment. Even they don't know the HR policy as they are working from last 15 years and they going to teach us recruitment. Will suggest who all are going through the review please don't join that organization as I am giving honest review.
