...ly awesome teammates, superiors etc... The management is really very supportive. On time Salary... the motivating people around me keeps me charged up every-time. Our mornings starts with motivational thoughts and meetings where our VP and GMs keep on motivating, supporting us to work and earn more and more.... I can keep on writing about my companyn like this... I M LOVING IT... Proud to be a MILER.

I had interviewed and was about to join but they provide 3X work as they think they are paying too much salary. They want senior to work 3 times as they are paying the salary I have asked. They do not even provide any relieving letter so never recommended anyone to join this organization.

I like that we have our freedom of thought & speech and we are not stopped or restricted from experimenting with our ideas and the management to open to the new ideas, from every single employee of the organisation.

Dislikes

sometimes the work gets overwhelmed that our work-life balance goes for a toss. And the compensation is not justifiable.

Happening, Fast, New things, Ideas, New Products all are there but lacks substance,

Dislikes

No work life balance, No salary hike, no appreciation, no bonus, no HR. 10+ years in business -they call themselves startup. Top management 4 guys are leeches.

People who work there as an employee are amazing.

Dislikes

The management doesn’t care about the employees and work satisfaction. They are ready to spend any amount on parties, events and unoptimised servers but not ready to pay their employees enough.
