Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). Its really wonderful working here at MILES (Kolkata). As the company is transparent with their employees about everything. Starting from Sub-ordinates, Colleagues, general manager, VP, HR every one are good in behavior at ethics at each and everything... Everyone gets attention over here.. there is no partiality here.. Morning starts with a charm, motivation and full of energy by our VP. If I continue sharing about my company there will be no end.. INSHORT MILES IS THE BEST PLACE TO WORK. I worked with many companies but never found a place like MILES.... Huh... I am happy to be a MILER...

I had interviewed and was about to join but they provide 3X work as they think they are paying too much salary. They want senior to work 3 times as they are paying the salary I have asked. They do not even provide any relieving letter so never recommended anyone to join this organization.
