Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

There is nothing good about this company. I would say worst company. And all reviews are fake. If you will join this company. You will regret joining this company. They won't pay you for your work.

Dislikes

...is company. I was fresher. They said 15 to 20 days will be your training period. And after your training period we will start your salary. But I worked there for three months. And they paid me nothing. Not even a single penny. So, I suggest you not to start your carrier from this company.
