No flexible timings, No cafeteria there, You need to be stressed to complete your project, if you take permission for 1hr you want to tally it within a week, 9hrs working time.

Some clients of the project are no brainer and full of sh!t and dominance that they want to feel like they are some kind of superior sh!t. Event the point of contact says that we should not contact them.

And Our Teams leads provide us space to put in Our talents among the team for any given issue ( Work/Task ) which in turn gives us the confidence and the opportunity to upskill Ourselves in any given aspect.

Work-Life Balance : The shift timings which are business needs - which in-turn takes a toll on the work-life balance in the long run..
